This Tuesday, Juan Ramos has us feeling squirrely before the holidays with his newest print for National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, and Chris Valentine asks us if we’d like to build a snowman! (The answer is yes. Always.)
Christmas Vacation is a late ‘80s holiday blunder-fest that’s become one of our go-to Christmas movies over the last decade. Filled with slapstick comedy and escalating disastrous situations, Juan’s print focuses on the sheer chaos a small squirrel brings to the family’s holiday plans. Juan’s lighting work is impressive as ever, invoking both the holiday spirit and the hilarious, conspiring elements that seek to bring mayhem to the Griswolds’ lives.
Chris’ newest print for Disney’s megablockbuster, Frozen, is pure joy in poster form! Chris often works on live action pop culture posters, but this time, we thought it would be fun to throw him a little curve(snow)ball with an animated alternative movie poster. Chris didn’t flinch and was able to deliver a fantastic poster for the Wintery classic.
